Maintain your entire event schedule in one place.
Step 1. Go to the “Program” tab. Click on Events.
Step 2. Click the orange (+) plus button in the top right corner of your screen to create a new event.
Step 3. Add a title, description, cover photo and location (optional) to the event.
Optional Step: If you have limited availability for the event, click the “Set Max Capacity” checkbox under your event description, and enter a number to set a capacity for the amount of employees that can RSVP for this event.
Step 4. Next, use the calendar and drop down to choose the date and time that your event will start. Repeat this step to choose the date and time that your event will end.
Step 5. Go back to the events page in the program tab, and click RELEASE to add this event to your calendar. You will be prompted to either notify, or not notify employees about this event after clicking release.
Congratulations, your event can now be accessed by employees in the Burner app!
